Currently, we offer shipping to a wide range of countries and are working towards expanding our reach globally very soon.
Where do you ship from?
Our products are primarily shipped from warehouses located in France, the United States, and China.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure swift processing, please notify us of any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this window unfortunately cannot be accommodated. However, you may still return your order for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
